Rajuri Steel: 31 Years of Innovation and Leadership in Construction Steel

It has been an interesting journey over the decades and a great chapter in the history of civil construction in India. At Rajuri Steel, we take pride in our part, as we have kept pace, evolved our product range, expanded our market presence, and supplied increasing volumes across many states.

Thirty-one years is a milestone of re-dedication and renewed inspiration for us at Rajuri Steel. While we supply the higher grades of steel today, we have witnessed the product development from the adoption of CTD bars, and the transition to Thermo-mechanically Treated Steel. Our Company was among the earlier ones to take up the Thermax technology to manufacture superior quality steel for our customers.

In its quest for products with versatile applications in many geographies and special conditions, the industry has been researching towards developing higher ductility, safety, workability, corrosion resistance, and strength in an ideal combination. Endurance matters too, as well as the bonding strength with the concrete.

By keeping our product portfolio up to date and instilling confidence in our growing dealer network, Rajuri Steel has established itself as a dominant brand in the select regions. Over these thirty-one years, there has been a parallel growth in customer base and market share even as we introduce new products and value-added services from time to time.

Three factors have significantly helped us towards Leadership in these thirty-one years.

The first is that we were early to acknowledge the importance of rigorous Quality Testing, and established a proper well-equipped facility towards ensuring reliable product quality. We followed this up by spreading a quality consciousness in our manufacturing team so that their adherence to process parameters would help in eliminating wastage and save costs.

A strong Company is not only about processes, it is about people. Developing their capacities, and their teamwork, and recognising their performance has helped us to retain a loyal team that is committed to the Company’s goals of growth and leadership.

Thirdly, we have seen that strong associations with customers, specifiers, stockists, and others involved with construction steel have benefited us in terms of knowledge, opportunity, and access.
