Timesaving on a construction site can be achieved by the quality of the material. Steel is a material that usually takes up time in cutting and bending, and related processes like preheating can take up more time and resources. So Rajuri Steels set about improving the solution – to deliver a more easily workable and bendable grade of construction steel.

RELEASE OF NEW RAJURI STEELS PRODUCT – 500D PLUS TMT Rebar

Manufacturing such grade steel demands a very high control over the carbon and phosphorus percentage, and it also calls for a specific advanced water-cooled process. Rajuri Steels has gained considerable experience working with manufacturing methods to be able to bring to market a product that has 16 to 25% better elongation properties. Thus, along with better anti-corrosion and easier workability, the new Rajuri 500D Plus TMT Rebar has superior shock resistance and is a recommended earthquake-resistant construction material.

This breakthrough product calls for a really big occasion to announce it, and it arrived in the form of the prestigious CREDAI Meet at the Courtyard Marriott in Nasik where members of its national committee and Maharashtra state committee were attending. We had the privilege of the Hon’ble National President of CREDAI, Mr. Satish Magar and Mr. Shantilal Kataria, Vice President, and Mr. Rajiv Parikh, State President releasing the Rajuri 500D Plus product and the special inaugural booklet at the launch program.

Mr. Santosh Mundada, Director, Rajuri Steels thanked and acknowledged the distinguished CREDAI functionaries including Mr. Anand Rajegaonkar, National Treasurer, and Mr. Jitendra Thakkar, Chairman of its National Advisory Committee.

In his address, Mr. Mundada said that home builders always wish for stronger, low-maintenance, and longer-lasting structures. As a Company, Rajuri Steels is not only aiming to fulfil the customer’s aspiration, it also strives to continually refine and raise its manufacturing standards, which builds the Company’s capability to augment the product range with superior offerings.

Leading Rajuri Steel dealers of the region and other friends and well-wishers were also greeted during the launch program in Nashik, while the aegis of CREDAI elevated the stature of the product launch. In the subsequent conversations, it was acknowledged that the product needs less installation time at the site, and yet adds years to the service life of the civil structure.
