We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control and Assurance Engineer (QC & QA) to join our Quality Assurance team and ensure the highest standards of product quality and performance.

Job Summary

The Quality Control and Assurance Engineer (QC&QA) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control and assurance processes related to TMT bar manufacturing. This role involves conducting inspections, tests, and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of TMT bars during production and post-production stages.
  • Perform mechanical tests, including tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, and bend tests.
  • Conduct chemical analysis and testing to verify material composition and properties.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and non-conformities.
  • Prepare quality reports, certificates of compliance, and documentation for regulatory purposes.
  • Address supplier quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in quality control and assurance processes.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and quality control methodologies.
• Experience with quality inspection tools, equipment, and techniques.
• Knowledge of mechanical testing, metallurgy, and material properties.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
