It is part of a corporate’s social responsibility to serve the larger community in an hour of widespread crisis. At Rajuri, we realise that the vaccination drive against Covid19 will ease the strain on the hospital system and also protect the population.
As the program has been extended to cover all those above the age of 18, there is a task to advise and direct individuals and families to their nearest vaccination centre.
They should be made aware that the vaccines are safe, effective, and life-saving. They should know of the registration process, and the precautions to take while going to the vaccination centre. They have to know about the need to maintain social distancing at the centre, before and after receiving the dose.
It is important also to advise them about the typical experience in the 48 hours following the vaccination so that there is no unnecessary worry over a slight rise in temperature. Carrying all this information, along with a message of motivation will be our Rajuri fleet of vans. We have redecorated them for their healthcare mission and they will travel to many towns and villages over the month, announcing the benefits of vaccination.
Their slogan is ‘Vaccine Lagao, Virus Baghao’, and the team will also interact with our dealers and personnel along the mission’s route across Maharashtra. We will post updates, pics, and news here from the various destinations of this statewide journey.
