As we mark our three decades of Rajuri Steel brand, we reaffirm our commitment to our PQR formula which has fetched us our successes over the years.
P is for People. As we brought in new technology, the challenge was for our team to master it and take it into regular production. As we expanded manufacturing capacities, the organisation grew in various ways – in territory, sales volumes, and in team size.
The larger team calls for greater coordination and to work together to grow the business and carve out market leadership. By providing them career furtherance and performance honours, the Company has built a team to count on.
Q is for Quality Testing. Some companies make the mistake of believing that a wide product range is all that matters. They overlook that it’s also about how good those products are. At Rajuri Steels, we saw early that rigorous Quality Testing would have a role in paving the way to emerging as a leader brand.
R is for Relationships. A strong brand derives its strength from what it does for all the stakeholders. It is the community around us – specifiers, stockists, customers, technical experts, builders, officials – who bring to us our knowledge, opportunity and access. We value and widen these associations on an everyday basis. Our company’s motto of ‘The Strength of Togetherness’ reflects this priority.
