As we continue to grow, we are seeking talented Electrical Engineers to join our team and support various departments including the Steel MeltShop (SMS), Rolling Mill, CCM, Quality, Stores, and Purchase.
Job Summary
As an Electrical Engineer at Rajuri Steel, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving electrical systems and equipment across our Steel MeltShop (SMS), Rolling Mill, CCM, Quality, Stores, and Purchase departments. Your role will be critical in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our electrical operations.
Key Responsibilities
Steel MeltShop (SMS):

- Design, install, and maintain electrical systems for the steel melting process.
- Ensure the efficient operation of electrical components in furnaces and ladles.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Rolling Mill:
-
- Oversee the electrical aspects of rolling mill operations.
- Optimize electrical systems for improved performance and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to maintain production flow.
Continuous Casting Machine (CCM):

- Maintain and improve the electrical systems of the Continuous Casting Machine.
- Ensure smooth and continuous casting operations with minimal interruptions.
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to enhance equipment reliability.
Quality:

- Collaborate with the quality department to ensure electrical systems meet quality standards.
- Implement quality control measures and improve electrical processes.
- Analyze electrical failures and develop corrective actions.
Stores and Purchase:

- Coordinate with the stores and purchase department to ensure the availability of necessary electrical parts and equipment.
- Maintain inventory of electrical components and manage procurement processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in electrical engineering within the steel industry. (Not Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems used in SMS, Rolling Mill, and CCM.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with automation and control systems.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations. (Not Mandatory)
