Job Summary

The Automation and PLC Expert will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation and PLC systems across our TMT bar manufacturing operations. This role involves optimizing production efficiency, ensuring system reliability, and integrating advanced technologies to streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities

• • Design and implement automation solutions for various production processes.
  • Develop and program PLC systems to control and monitor production equipment.
  • Integrate automation systems with existing manufacturing infrastructure.
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates on PLC and automation systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with control systems to minimize production downtime.
  • Ensure all systems operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for automation improvements.
  • Implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
  • Utilize data from automation systems to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of automation systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of automation technologies, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies and Industry 4.0 solutions.
