Job Summary

The CTO will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company, driving innovation, and ensuring that our technology strategy aligns with our business goals. This role involves leading the technology team, managing technological resources, and implementing new systems and infrastructure to enhance our production capabilities and maintain our competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities

• • Develop and implement the company’s technology strategy to support business goals and objectives.
  • Identify and drive the adoption of new technologies to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align technology initiatives with business strategies.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies and automation.

  • Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of all technological systems and infrastructure.
  • Oversee the integration of new technologies into existing systems to optimize production and reduce costs.
  • Ensure the security and reliability of the company’s IT systems and data.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing technology team.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing technology strategies and managing technology teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and advanced technologies.
